AI-Enabled Workflows & Chat Assistant

TerraTrue is a B2B SaaS application that helps businesses assess and manage privacy and security risk. I led the design of how AI features were integrated into the product. Through user testing and iteration, I established an AI-assisted review model that increased speed while preserving human oversight and trust in a high-risk domain.

Privacy review workflows are time-intensive, multi-question assessments that require users to sift through extensive documentation and contracts to locate accurate answers. In a regulated environment, trust, auditability, and human oversight could not be sacrificed for speed.

I introduced AI-generated suggestions and a chat assistant as reviewable decision-support tools rather than automated responses. On AI-enabled workflows, review time decreased by over 80%, with 97.5% of suggestions accepted on average—demonstrating both efficiency gains and sustained user trust.
