TerraTrue is a B2B SaaS application that helps businesses assess and manage privacy and security risk. I led design across the core product, shaping the design system and user experience to modernize the product experience over two years.
The product had evolved over several years, resulting in fragmented components, inconsistent patterns, and primitive-based styles that reduced cohesion across the application.
I re-architected the design system using atomic principles and introduced semantic design tokens to replace primitive styles. This established a cohesive, scalable foundation that improved consistency, reduced UI drift, and increased design and engineering velocity.

As the product scaled, structural usability issues became more apparent, particularly nav UX, lack of responsiveness, and outdated high-touch components. These constraints made the product difficult to use at smaller screen sizes and limited its ability to support emerging AI features.
I redesigned the navigation and layout system to support responsive behavior and flexible workspace patterns. In parallel, I incrementally modernized high-impact components, bringing interaction clarity and visual consistency in line with the updated system.
